This was fun (thanks Gina).
Apparently I am a Director. I feel like Steve already knows this.

MSNBC
A good article I thought a few of you might be interested in. Just trying to continue to get the word out ..
The Humane Society more conservatively estimates that, each year, 2 million to 4 million new pets are the products of puppy mills, most of them in eight states: Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Kudos, Old Navy

Old Navy has become my favorite place, to buy clothes for Steve. I haven't found a ton there recently but I just want to give credit where credit is due. There has been an enormous amount of negative press related to pit bulls this year due to Michael Vick and the other sick/disgusting/wretched people involved in dog-fighting. The dogs were raised for fighting, and did what their owner, the people they trusted to rely on for their life, told them to do. It is not the breed. I am sick of seeing a million adds with miniature dogs as accessories. They're aren't treated, or seen as dogs. And then I saw this Old Navy commercial a few nights ago, with a litter of blue pit bull terrier puppies. Sure it's a bunch of models showing off scarves but the puppies are all over the place and are shown for what they are, great dogs. So, thanks Old Navy!
