
2. Give yourself time to explore your true calling – mixed media.
3. Do at least one house visit a month and at least three phone interviews for the CEBR.
4. Create a great list of potential fosters.
5. Be nice. Try and see the other side of the story.
6. CALL your friends on the t-e-l-e-p-h-o-n-e. Don't always use email.
7. Put away $$, every paycheck, even if it's only $25.
8. Take a trip with your husband that he wants to go on.
9. Try one new recipe – and bake one new thing, every month.
10. Listen more.
11. Treadmill or a run outside – three times a week. Yoga at OM once a week.
12. More fresh fruits and vegetables. Five a day shouldn't be so hard.
13. Is there truly any reason my body needs fried food? I didn't think so.
14. Is there truly any reason my body needs ice cream? Absolutely.
15. Just hold your tongue when you notice a tiny, insignificant remark critiquing your husband. Smile instead. He likes your smile.
